Materials + Care

Each piece is made from Australian Midfire clay through the process of hand building and slip casting. Due to the hand made nature irregularities in size, colour and pattern may vary.
Midfire clay can withstand high temperatures however, sudden changes in temperature is likely to cause thermal shock, which will damage and crack your ceramics.
All our pieces are food safe and water tight unless stated otherwise. Although everything is dish washable we recommend hand washing after each use in warm soapy water to prolong the life of your piece.
Wherever possible we reuse, recycle and reclaim our materials. We use bio degradable packing peanuts, paper wrap and cardboard which are all compostable. Any non recyclable packaging like bubble wrap are reused and we encourage you to do so too.
